The mission of the Department of Chemical Engineering is to inspire confidence in the ability to learn and to provide high quality education to students for making them future leaders in chemical engineering who effectively combine their broad knowledge in chemical process design, optimization and control, reaction engineering, unit operation, heat transfer, fluid mechanics etc. for the creative solution of problems in chemical processes.

Laboratory Facilities:
Fluid mechanics lab, Heat transfer lab, Unit operation lab, Fuel characterization lab, Organic/inorganic lab, Analytical lab.
